When you purchase one of our products, you’re buying a digital download that’s delivered electronically — no physical item is sent.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery of digital content

Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an instant download link (either on the checkout confirmation page or by email).

You can save the files directly to your device and access them whenever you like.

If you don’t receive your download within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at and we’ll make sure you get it promptly.

4.⁠ ⁠Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law, you usually have a 14-day “cooling off” period for online purchases.

However, digital content is treated differently — once you download or access the files, you lose your right to cancel.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

If you change your mind before downloading or accessing the file, please contact us right away — if the download hasn’t been accessed, we’ll happily cancel and refund your order.

• you received the wrong item, or

If that happens, just email us with your order details, and we’ll either fix the issue or send a replacement file.
